Prices are based on the heated sq. ft. of the home.

A $200 holding deposit is required to reserve your inspection appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled inspection date and time will forfeit the $200 deposit.

Our detailed home inspection service is done by a certified ASHI Home Inspector and includes a full report emailed to you on the same day as the inspection. Contact us to schedule your home inspection.
